He is the Founder and Managing Director of Sestriere Investments Pty Ltd, a private investment vehicle established in 1985.

Andyinc Foundation is a charitable foundation that provides philanthropic distributions to community organisations that address disadvantage, promote innovation and effect change in the fields of social justice, environmental sustainability and The Arts.
The core focus areas are:
- Environment/Sustainability
- Community Building/Social Justice
- Humanities, Culture & The Arts.
Andyinc Foundation commenced grant making in 2005 and to date has made more than 221 grants totalling $2.8 million to a range of organisations.
